Transient Culture was established in October 2007 by Nic Alexandre after leaving Harmony Gold Mine, where he was intimately involved in the design and implementation of change initiatives that for six years prior to then transformed Harmony from a single mine in the Freestate to the largest Gold Mining Company in South Africa.
