Transient Culture’s organisational communication and change process uses various techniques to highlight problems with an organisations communication network, so as to then provide effective treatment of these issues.
An example of one of the techniques utilised is this cyclical 4 step program:
1. Brand determination and Climate Surveys (industry and internal alignment)
2. Communication Identification (Who do we talk to and how)
3. Rule Book Development (What are the rules we play by)
4. Maintenance (Implementation and Communication Management)
